- I am missing an item
When a product is sent directly from the manufacturer, it is sent in a separate shipment/package to you. It may be that you receive two packages if you ordered more products, one from us and one from the manufacturer. These two packages may not reach you on the same day. On your delivery note in the package sent from us, it says DL written next to the product sent from the manufacturer. It is indicated on the product page in the shop if the product is delivered directly from the manufacturer.

Please contact us by email butik@wdog.se if you want to return or complain about a product. Our postal address is not the same as our visiting address and returns/complaints must be notified by the customer to us so that we can pick up your package and it does not have to go back to you by reverse mail.
- Return by Klarna
I have registered my return via Klarna, what happens then? Nothing because you must contact us at butik@wdog.se before you send off your return. Klarna only pauses your invoice. A message is not sent to us that you wish to make a return. In other words, Klarna = Money and Wdog = Product, you must contact both if you wish to pause your invoice and send back your return. If you think the credit period at Klarna is sufficient, it is enough to contact us directly via email to butik@wdog.se
- Shipping cost
We always apply shipping costs as we want to encourage a more climate-friendly e-shopping.
- Delivery time
We usually deliver within 2-4 days, which means that your order is handed over to the forwarder within that time frame. We have fast delivery, but sometimes delays can unfortunately occur, especially during the holiday season or on red days when the forwarder does not receive packages.
- Don't you have a shop?
Our warehouse in Sweden is our store, both online and physically. We will advertise through our social media when it is open.
- Can I bring my dog into the warehouse?
We ask that you leave your dog outside. As we are primarily an e-commerce where our customers do not inspect the product before purchase, we want them to be in top condition when we ship their order. Many are inspired by the fact that we post when our own dog is shopping on social media and want to do the same, but we use our private products and our dog has practiced a lot before the reeels. If your dog needs to test a product such as a harness or a collar, come in and talk to us and we'll sort it out.
- Customer service/customer support
We are a small company and are not always able to answer your questions immediately. We do our best, but it sometimes happens that it can take a few extra days, if you don't hear from us, please contact us again.
- International customers
Unfortunately, we only deliver within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany.
