    Missing a product in your order?

    Some of our products, such as custom-named service patches, are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These deliveries are marked with "DL" on the packing slip and may arrive in a separate package at a different time than the rest of your order. Detailed information regarding direct shipping can also be found on the respective product pages.

    Track your shipment

    You can easily track your delivery via DHL’s web tracking or by downloading the DHL ActiveTracing app. For direct deliveries (DL), shipping usually occurs via PostNord and can be tracked directly in their app.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Always contact us at butik@wdog.se before returning a product. All returns must be pre-notified because our mailing address for returns differs from our visiting address – this is necessary for us to be able to collect your package.

    Returns via Kustom (Klarna)

    Our payments are processed through the Kustom system via Klarna. Please note that if you pause your invoice in the Klarna app, we are not automatically notified. Therefore, you must always contact us at butik@wdog.se before sending your return.

    In short: Klarna/Kustom handles your payment, while Wdog handles your product.

    Shipping costs and delivery times

    We always apply a shipping fee to encourage more climate-smart e-commerce. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days. Please note that minor delays may occur during weekends, holiday seasons, or during carrier leave.

    Physical store and warehouse

    We do not have a physical store, and our warehouse is currently closed to visitors. However, you are always welcome to shop in our webstore and use our free pickup point in Kalmar. Even though we cannot accept visits at the warehouse, we are always available online for advice and personal assistance.

    Customer Service

    We are a small, dedicated team, which means response times may occasionally vary. If you haven't heard from us within a reasonable timeframe, please feel free to follow up on your inquiry – we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
