Wdog offers a carefully curated selection that combines our own unique brands with products from leading external manufacturers such as KONG, Musher, and Gappay. When you make a purchase, the agreement is entered into directly with Wdog Hundsport AB. We are fully responsible for your order, delivery, customer service, and handling of all matters, regardless of the manufacturer.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT. The total price of your order, including shipping and payment fees, is displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed. We offer payment via Swish and Kustom Checkout, where you can choose between invoice, card, direct payment, or installment payments.

Sustainable e-commerce

We have a minimum order value of 100 SEK. We have introduced this limit to reduce the number of small orders and contribute to more sustainable e-commerce. Thank you for your understanding!

Delivery

We normally deliver within 1–4 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If there is a delay, we will contact you via email. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if delivery is significantly delayed.

• Shipping cost: Clearly displayed at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for bulky items.
• Tracking: We ship our packages with DHL. You can easily track your delivery by downloading the DHL ActiveTracing app (or tracking your shipment via DHL’s online tracking).

Unclaimed packages

Please note that unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If a package is returned to us, we will charge the following to cover our costs:

• 200 SEK for unclaimed packages (pickup point).
• 390 SEK for unclaimed home deliveries.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act, starting from the day you received your order.

If you wish to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us first via our contact form or by email at butik@wdog.se.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

• Order number
• Product name or item number
• Which products the return applies to

Once we receive your message, we will get back to you with information on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of our receipt and approval of the return.

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• Depreciation: If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics and function, a deduction may be made for depreciation.

Important to note when returning

• The product must be intact, clean, and free of dog hair.
• If we need to clean the product, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged.
• All labels and markings must remain intact.
• Please pack smartly and avoid unnecessarily large packaging.
• The return must be received by us no later than 7 days after you contact us regarding the return.

Warranty & Returns
All dogs are individuals, and we know they have an amazing ability to chew through just about anything. Since our products are largely consumables, we unfortunately cannot offer a warranty if the dog has chewed the product to pieces.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. In the event of such defects, Wdog will always handle the matter as your contractual partner.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved primarily by contacting our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints. You can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Handling of personal data

We store some information about you as a customer—such as your name, company, contact information, and address. We may also collect your personal identification number (or business registration number), tax ID number, and IP address. We do this so we can send items to the right person and help you in the best way possible. Want to see what we’ve saved about you, change something, or delete everything? Just let us know and we’ll take care of it!
