Durable and made of beaver nylon / equivalent fabrics on the upper side and high quality fabric from well-known Klopman on the lower side with printed SBK text on the side pieces.
Beaver nylon is strong and water-repellent, which makes it easy to keep clean. However, the beaver nylon slides easily around the fur, which is why I have chosen to use a matte fabric from Klopman which is both very durable and lies firmly on the dog's back. Between the side fabrics and the back fabric there is a reflective piping to give higher visibility when the dog is at work.
This model has a sewn-in harness between the upper and lower fabric layers and a fully welded ring to attach the leash to on the back when you need to make a proof in the search.
Both the strap over the chest and under the stomach are adjustable. The strap over the chest is in mute nylon band and the one under the belly is in elastic.
Made to last.
The color yellow is made of the quality "High-Visible" fabric which gives a higher visibility in the forest than regular versions of yellow.
Quick guide to sizes:
Small has so far suited smaller Australian Cattle Dog females, larger Sheltie males.
Medium has so far fit collie bitches, border collies, Australian Shepherd bitches.
Large has so far fit Collie males, German Shepherd females, Dutch Shepherd, smaller Malinois males. Flatcoated Retriever males.
X-Large has so far fit Rottweilers, German Shepherds.
Care advice:
The service badge is best washed by hand with soap and water. It can be machine washed at 40 degrees, use a laundry bag to protect the machine.
In rare cases, the pressure may begin to release. Then take an iron on medium heat, put a piece of butter paper on the print and press hard for 2-5 seconds. If the belly strap is very long for your dog, you can cut it off and burn the end properly, then it won't scratch up.
