Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Minimum order
The minimum order value for your order to be processed is SEK 50. Unfortunately, we have seen an increase in orders below our minimum order value and we want to encourage sustainable e-commerce.

Delivery

Parcel weight:
0 - 1 kg:     159 SEK
1 - 4 kg:     189 SEK
4 - 20 kg:   235 SEK
20 - 40 kg: 395 SEK

Additonal 160 SEK for larg items. Shipping surcharges are listed on each product. We normally deliver within 1-6 working days on the items we have in stock.

We do not deliver to Åland island.

Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, you pay the new shipping from us to you. Please note that there are NO returns/exchanges on custom items ordered specifically for you.

Package not collected
Unreceived delivery/unclaimed package is not covered by the right of withdrawal, you will therefore be charged an administration and return shipping cost of SEK 350 per shipment to cover the costs incurred.

14 days open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in original and unused condition and with tags and original packaging intact. If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the article being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the article from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you use open purchase,  we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, you pay the shipping cost of your order from us to you. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

- If you have used the item and it cannot be returned due to its condition
- If your item is ordered just for you. Tex Clothes, scooters and special order products.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, you pay the shipping cost of your order from us to you. Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail. Dispute Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Guarantee
All dogs are individuals and they have different fantastic abilities to chew/bite most things as we all know. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot provide any warranty on most of our products as they are consumables. This applies if the the dog has bitten the product, not in the case of a manufacturing fault.
